I have many questions for Frostbite and IMG, or anyone who got this method working. ok let's begin.

How many times have you tried it before it worked?

How fast was he when responding? How long did he take? Because they take centuries to respond to me!!

Did you wait for him to talk first or did you say everything at once?who was leading the conversation?

Did you have origin running when you were talking? Don't know if this makes a difference anyway.
Thats it,if you can answer them,please do!

As I said, my objective in that chat was not getting Battlefield 3, I just told him my problem.

took me like 10 tries but i managed it

Thanks guys for responding.
It seems it won't work any longer,because they added an extra step that identifies the problem.
Also I'm not sure if they understand that my target is to get a free game,I mean when I tell them my xbox online pass is invalid and I need a new one they sometimes give me one because they know what I need,unlike asking for changing the currency!
