i never had a jalibroken iphone because the 4s is my first iphone and when the A5 jailbreak is released would we be able to use all the tweaks and so on? or do the creators have to update their stuff so the tweaks support the A5 devices?

what do you think?
would be better if they don't have to update their tweaks so i can start downloading lots of cool tweaks, emulators and more for my iphone 4s :3

I've wondered the same exact thing myself. I don't think anything would need to be updated as the 4s isn't much different then any other other then that it has Siri and the new A5 processor. The processor shouldn't affect Cydia tweaks. The iPhone 4s was my first iPhone as well, but I've owned several iPod's in the past.

Depending on the tweak and what files the tweak uses some of the tweaks might have to get updated for iPhone 4S

most of them havent even been updated for the new firmware so i would expect some problems. ive had 4-5 iphones all have been jb it will either tell u if it is supported or it will crash the springboard if it happens just remove the tweak

Probably not because they can always find a way around it.

The authors of the tweaks have been updating their tweaks to be compatible with iOS 5 for some time now

Most of the tweaks are working, however some do not

But it's still definitely worth jailbreaking

Most likely they will have to update them to work for iOS 5.0.1 but I don't know about the A5 processor.
