Every time i see a post with a free ware on it or an "illegal ware" the global mods get all bossy and close the topic. Why doesnt ttg close all the modding software topics and jtag selling as well? there also illegal but none of the admins or global mods seem to think so.

so my point is, theres no difference between an illegal ware or modding software, not even jtag selling. its all the same and should all be closed. or there just being hypocritical and arent following the sites forum rules.

Yeah, because it's from torrents, not only is it illegal, but most torrents have viruses.

It's also in the rules somewhere...

Jtags are in breech with Microsoft's EULA, but not illegal.
And modding programs aren't illegal if the publisher/creator post them on the internet for free downloads, like modio.

So I don't exactly see where your coming from...

it is illegal when it is modding your gameplay so dont try to loophole this. everyone could just say the free wares are just like modio.
