NO ONE can host any kind of mod menu or challange lobby on Title Update 7. However XP lobbys are in no short supply, there are stacks of free hosters so never pay, sub or infact give any type of payment if they request it, as you do not need to and the chances are they can not host. If you get into a lobby and use their services or you find a user helpful then you should show your appreciation with the https://www.thetechgame.com/themes/ttgv3/forums/images/lang_english/icon_saythanks.png And/Or https://www.thetechgame.com/themes/ttgv3/forums/images/lang_english/icon_rep.png buttons

The rules applies across all areas of the website, including PM's. You may not ask for
If you see ANYONE asking for these then you should use the report function and report them as you see them, if we want to see a reduced number of scammers and spammers they need to be pointed out to staff to be dealt with
Introduction
In this section as it is there is a large problem with people attempting to scam and people being cought out by scammers. We need to take ZERO tolerance to this kind of behaviour as it only drags the community down. If you see any scammers operating do not post on their topics just report it. Together we can fight this and we can make a difference. The staff do their part, now YOU need to do yours

Youtube Subs
Anyone who asks for youtube subs, you can instantly count as a fake, they just are simply wanting their youtube subs boosting
Asking for youtube subs is NOT allowed, your topic will be closed and you will most likley recieve a warning depening upon the moderaters discression
Microsoft Points (MSP)
If anyone is asking for MSP then you should not hand over a thing, unless they provide legitmate proof of selling.

If anyone asks you to thank a topic or rep them before you get into a lobby, DONT, as they are just leeching off you and you most likley will not gain a thing, thanks and rep should be awarded AFTER the service has been provided
If you are caught asking for rep or thanks then your topic WILL be closed by an admin/moderater, you may recieve a warning depening on the dicression of the moderater and you may have your ability to rep or get the 1000 thanks badge taken away

If you are asked to post legit then do not post "Legit invite: (gamertag) this is classed as spam as you are vouching for something you have not been in, you should just post asking for an invite with your gamertag, once you have been in the lobby, you should go back and edit your post to say that it was legit, posting legit before you are in is NOT a vouch

Never give your account details to ANYONE who does not have the trusted seller, or a staff badge. By doing so you are only putting the security of YOUR account at risk

It is vital you do this so the staff can get to them. 2 of the biggest threads in this section have been closed by staff. The rules apply to EVERYONE, so be sure to report the rule breakers.

I would also like to add you do not need to go posting saying show proof, fake, or anything else like that, if it is a fake hoster, report the topic and move on, otherwise all you are doing is bumping the topic to the top of the forums again for more people to get scammed

What to look for?
- A picture of their TTG username on a piece of paper help up infront of thier xbox JTAG
- A video that clearly shows THEIR gamertag to be hosting the service
What not to trust?
- If people have on thier thread a list of comments saying "Legit" do not take these as proof, they could have been taking from ANY post on TTG, or even made up
- their name on a piece of paper infront of a screen showing the xex menu or lobby, as these can just be taken from youtube
Post Legit?
