I recently got one of the latest plug ins for my sever, it will let you use any weapon, for example I can use the saxxy or a big kill, or a minigun on the spy.
To use just join the sever and ask a admin, say !ttg "weaponhere"

Open the console (press the key next to 1 on the left" and type connect 109.123.124.77:27155
