i've read that you can see everything like what you see when you're awake, just in a dream state. You can control everything and anything in sleep paralyses and also sometimes you could see yourself sleeping. i've tried sometimes to enter sleep paralyses myself but its very hard. you have to be born with the talent

Your body goes through sleep paralysis every night. It's a protection mechanism which stop you body from doing the things it does while dreaming.

So basically you would see your dreams in sleep paralysis.

Oh my god I hate when that shit happens to me it's so annoying.

You can feel that you're kind of sleeping, but you're eyes are open or something, and I would hear a bunch of screaming noises, I try to move but I can't for like 10 seconds. I used to hate when that happened to me -_-
