As in save the disc to your hard drive?

you go to like you are about to play the game then click Y then it will start installing to your harddrive

ok so you have the game in right and your in the dashboard. go over to the game and hit the "Y" button. then its gonna take you somewere you scrow down till you find install game and then you let install hope it helps

Have you ever put mw2 on your hard drive there you go there you got cod 4 on your hdd xex menu and you just put your patch in just like mw2 it is practicly the same thing

Well if you mean install go on your game lobby and click Y on it and install to HDD
