I'm a bit confused on how im supposed to level my clan up on elite, can someone help me?

From what I can figure you get premium and it gives you 500 xp then from then on get other people who have not joined a clan since they got premium and it gives you another 500 xp. If you want xp other then that you have to enter in clan operations but I don't think they have been added yet.

You rank up your clan by completing clan challenges and stuff but they are not up yet.

I feel really annoyed at them because they still take my 35 for premium but i get **** all in return.
