HoboBobxX wrote well i was hacked about 2-3 months ago and microsoft is doing nothing about it so i thought TTG could help, so he changed the windows live ID to something else which i dont what it is so how do i change it back to my old 1 or anything else that helps, thx :bigups:
I got my account back 3months after I was hacked then 3days later I was banned until 12/31/9999 for "Market Place Fraud" which is BS I don't even know how to do that, Did you have a credit card on the account?
no i didnt have a credit card on it
Have you ever had a credit card on it? if not I can't help you because if you do you can give the last 4 digits on the credit card to Microsoft for proof even if the credit card was deleted of it because it is on the credit card history so Microsoft can see it was on there at one point
i never have and never will have a credit card on it

If he logged you, he probably will find out about your new one soon.

It would of been helpful, what you possibaly do next time so this won't happen to you again, is don't go on xbox.com with your account atleast on your computer and make your password more difficult and if you could put a credit card on your account purchase a 1 month gold subscription on the account, then call microsoft tell them to delete the credit card, then remember the last for digits like right it down, then if you get hacked again one day tell them the last 4 digits the correct email, then secret message then there you go your locked down, thats what I am doing to prevent getting hacked

Doesn't matter what account u use, if he logs you, it's quite easy for him to get all information he need.
