I now have the money to get a JTAG but I don't know where! can anyone help?

You should check out some of the stickies in Xbox 360 Marketplace.

Also, before you spend your money I would suggest looking into RGH (Reset Glitch Hack) Consoles. They do the same things as JTAGs plus a little more like running DevKit dashboards and being able to have dual nands with the cygnos chip installed. They can get a little pricey if you have the cygnos chip installed though. But its just something to look into.
