You obviously won't make it with those channel stats. For a FULL YouTube partnership, you need to have videos that YOU own and not CoD videos. And you need around 100K video views and 50K channel videos.

You can have less that that, all you need is regular subs and around 800 video views daily.

This is true, youtube is all about making money from people seeing advertisements on your videos. They will never make money for advertising on videos that only get 500 views then die. Subscribers just look good, they have nothing to do with if you make partner or not.
