This isn't really gaining money but If you've bought pack's and you store everything in your club you may have loads of staff, kits and badge's.
What you want to do is go onto the Ultimate Team Web app and sign in. Once you've done that go to club and you will see extra tabs now go to "Staff" and start quick selling all of them, If you have gold shiny ones they will go for 100+ and the non shiny go for a little under 100 I think, Do this for your kit's and badge's you should get some of your money back that you spent on pack's.
