The custom build I gave you is $1473 not $1600, and I realize I forgot to add a PSU. You should get a good Corsair Professional series, at least 800. For the second build you are missing a HDD which will be another $100-$150 depending on the size. Also ibuypower.com takes forever to build and ship the system.
