The best choice is always to build your own. Buy the parts from Newegg.com. They have a tutorial on the site and on YouTube.

this is cool but i actually don't know what do i need to buy and all those stuff i get confuse. If you can help than thanks better but mostly i don't even know what do i need to start it up.

Well, it all depends on what you call expensive.

If it were me, I would go for the laptop 10x over, never chose between a low spec and a high spec, always get the high spec.

It will do you good in the long run and won't have to upgrade/build or do anything to it to make it better for the next 5 years, since Gaming has come a long way up to the top, I think it won't be a matter of time before it all comes to a halt for the time being and upgrading won't have to be done.

To the OP: Building a PC is easy. I can't really help you more then I already have unless you want to tell me your budget and I will pick some parts for you.

my budget is 1600 and lower.

you can build a pretty nice computer for $1600,and for building it is pretty much just plugging in all of the wires that have labled slots so its not that difficult

thats beast um would it be easy to build up?
