Yes you can jtag a slim, its not called a jtag though its called RGH (Reset Glitch Hack) Its the new thing where you can jtag any console on any dashboard, they work the same exact as jtags, but if you install a cygnos chip you can dual boot to xbox live and ur jtag....
if you get a banned slim it would be completely worth to rgh it, you just wouldn't be able to do the cygnos chip because xbox live is banned, but still doing the rgh on a banned slim would be perfect, as long as its for the right price. Hope this helps
