Is there a way of me not having prestige tokens but somebody else has Minus tokens and you don't need 2 controllers?

So basicily is there a way of someone inviting me and i don't have to have tokens to do the prestige token glitch?

I have 2 controllers but i don't have an account that has already done the glitch, so im stuck :/
