Open the save in Horizon.
Go to Contents
Rename the Gamesave.DAT to Gamesave.ESS
Move the Gamesave.ess to My Documents>MyGames>Skyrim.Saves and paste in there.
Then load up Skyrim mod it.
Re-open the save that you first opened
go to the save in teh skyrim folder and rename to Gamesave.DAT and then in Horizon go to the contents of the save and replace with teh Gamesave.dat in the skyrim folder. and whaam. :-)
