Just to clear up all this discussion on your tales of being banned for Clan Tags with buttons and colours etc..
Firstly, you cannot be banned for having Clan Tags with buttons in them, although people have been posting on twitter saying you can and they are very popular COD Players, this is false. They have no proof or sources of the information they posted, also the characters you use to put Buttons in your clan tag are 'Legal' characters on the game meaning you are allowed to put them in. Also they are part of the Xbox keyboard and they have gave the keyboard eligibilty in the game to let Users but buttons in their clan tag, It Isn't hard to patch this, if they didn't want it there they could just make the characters illegal in the game simply. Therefore, this means you cannot get banned for having buttons in your clan tag even if you used HxD to do them because they are 'Legal' and they have no proof of your method.
On the other hand, colourful names can get you banned as there is only one method to do this and that is on an illegal progamme called 'HxD' which is classed as a game 'Modification' to edit things in game which Microsoft have not given users permission to do this.
Will You get banned for Clan Tag Buttons? NO

Hxd isn't illegal...
But yeah totally agree they can't ban you for something that's in the game if it's not effecting other players.

I've seen it a couple of times on IW/Activision Twitters saying that you could be banned. As a matter of fact, it took 2 minutes to find a tweet on the Activision customer support Twitter saying that you could be banned. (12/2)

I wish they did ban for the buttons. I mean it was pretty cool for the first few days but I'd like to be in a game where not everyone has buttons going all the way across my screen -.-
