IW is a complete fail, when it comes to banning/resetting accounts. My account was banned on my downstairs xbox, and wasn't reset, so I recovered it on my upstairs xbox, prestiged real quick, then was kicked offline. My account was only set-back to non-prestiged 80(Which I was before i prestiged). What a complete fail they are......
