I'm currently in a elite clan with a few friends and we are looking to expand our clan. I have been given permission from the Clan Leader, a close friend, to allow new founders that have yet to give up the 500XP. Its a buy one get one free. We get 1 founder and they are allowed one friend to the clan. Only if the 500XP Has not been used.
We are very experienced in gaming, well i am, can't speak for everyone else. Also very friendly and enjoy playing as a team.
A little info about the clan.

Current Level: 5
XP: 2,500
Hours Played: 473
Clan K/D Ratio: 1.49
Clan SPM: 223.43
Current Roster Size: 9
Goal is to hit level 10 and receive our Gold Clan Tag and 2 Hours of Double XP.
