TWICE I have gotten a 10-2 K/D In S&D and also got an 18-2 in TDM. START TO FINISH, and I have not gotten the title or challenge. Is there a level you must be or something? Wtf.

You have to have the challenge unlocked, I'm not sure as to what it is, but that'll explain the not getting of title.

That would explain Enemy of the State and Mastodon not being given. Im lvl 62 and NEED to be 65 to earn the two. God I hate that.
