I'm not too sure on what's going on. But there is no game audio coming out of them. I'm pretty sure I have all the hook ups right. But I just don't see the problem. And no their not broken. Somebody please me?

either your remote your turtle beach is out of battery maybe your puck is messed up

I use a Plug n Play controller and I just put new batteries on the headset. And I'm assuming you're referring to the transmitter when you say 'puck' and that is also fine.

Turning The volume up on your TV aswell as your turtle beech.
