Ok so this happened to my JTAG a while back ,but I'm just now getting around to fixing it.
My problem is when I turn it on it has 3 flashing red rings and the green light in the middle is also flashing. Any fixes for this ?

The green flashing light in the middle usually means the dvd drive pcb is either faulty or its just not plugged in. You need to fine the secondary error code for the red ring too. Search youtube on how to get your rrod secondary error code.
