what is the highest level in the game? i obviously know the highest skill is 100 but i wanna know the highest total level

I guess it goes by maxing out your skills, that's legit of course.

You can use saves that put your character up to like level 9999 lol.

Highest Skill Level = 100 ( For Xbox and ps3 )

Highest Cap Level = 81 ( For Xbox and Ps3 )

Your probably wonder why I put "( For Xbox and Ps3 )", well I did that so that way no damn idiots will say:

"NO, THE HIGHEST LEVEL IS NOT 81, JUST TYPE ~advlevel_9999 FOR UNLIMITED LEVEL" <--- They obviously don't know they play the PC way to long and that we play on Consols, not PC's.

So yea, hope this helped, also here is a Consol glitch you may wan't to use if you wan't to get level 81 fast!:
