It'll appear under invites, when you first log into Call of Duty: Elite.

Regardless if you're a founder or not, you can still join a clan.
Check the Elite Feed on the Career tab when you first login, your notifications will be there.

when you first enter call of duty elite it will be in invites which is next to notifications, you will have to click on it then it will open up a new section and the invite will be in there. sometimes it takes a few hours for the invitee to go through
