1) Daily Challenges will get you XP, there are 3 a day.
2) Gun challenges. Prefferbaly getting 500 kills on one gun. Then choose another. Thats good XP.
3) Kill Confirmed is a easy way to get points, for every kill you get 100 and 50 for picking up tags. Also if a team mate dies and you pick up the tags before the person who killed them does you will get 50 for kill denied.
4) Perk pro's are easy to get and also with Extreme Conditioning getting pro then in 1 game mantle up something non-stop all game you will get parkour IV. Which should give you 10000 XP.
5) Probally the most simplest way is to just get Double XP or Buy it.
6) On Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare or Call Of Duty: World At War if you get into one lobby and derank your self then get into another 10th lobby and get yourself back to 10th you will get another Prestige Token on Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 so you can buy another 2 hours of double xp.
