I like the idea but here is a set up i use:
Scar-L Extended mag with Hearbeat or scilencer
Use a Stinger or FMG9 akimbo.
Perks:
1 Sleight of hand
2 Hardline
3 Sitrep
Kill streaks:
Advanced UAV, EMP and what you want.
When im using this I get 1-2 EMP's a game
hope this helps.
Edit:
Use a Stealth bomber or a Recon Drone for the max xp :3

Great post, but team defender does not give you 2x xp when you have the flag, it gives your team 2x score (example: 1 kill with your team owning the flag = 2 kills) not 2x xp.
