Maybe the Loading should be centered in the middle, the text looks a little flat make it a little bolder but i like the background though not bad 6/10

fix the spacing for the first one some letters are cluttered while others to far. the second one doesnt seem to pop out its rather dull

3D text NEVER looks professional on Web Design. Try to stay away from that. Also, use a different font that is bold and stands out but isn't crazy like graffiti. The pattern in the background also does not look professional and the colors don't look great together. On the other hand, the loading bar on the first one looks WAY better than the second one.
