Here is my little tutorial on how to use the new CoD elite's Clan feature.
WHAT ARE CLANS?
Clans are not a new concept. Casual gamers play for fun, hardcore gamers play to win. While the groups feature lets players congregate around similar interests,the clans feature allows up to 100 competitive players from tight-knit units that strategize, run tournaments, compete against other clans in Modern Warfare 3, unlock items, and win prizes.
HOW CLANS WORK WITH ELITE:

START YOUR OWN CLAN:
Go to the Clans page on elite and you shall see a "Enter A Clan Name" area simply type your clan name there.

JOIN AN EXISTING CLAN:
On the same page as 'Making a clan'. If you want to join a friends and you know their clan name just type it in here.

SPECIAL FEATURES OF A CLAN (IN GAME)
You can unlock gold clan tags and even unique titles!

CLAN OPERATION
Clan operations reward participants with Clan XP, badges, and prizes based on their performance. If can unlock double XP in MW3 and even titles for your in-game player.
LEVEL UP YOUR CLAN!
When you earn XP for your clan you unlock titles, emblems, double XP and even wallpapers. There are certain levels where you unlock this stuff.

When you get to level 50 you unlock a whopping 10 hours of Double XP + 1 prestige token.[/spoil]

Thanks for this post, As i didn't no about all this - I'm a noob when it come(s) to callofduty elite As i have not yet really looked around it, But looks like i will have to get a better k.d then 0.001 to try this out.

If i were to join a clan that is already level 10 would i get all the unlocks from the previous levels for example levels 1,3,5, and 7
