So it tells you when you verify your email to you callofduty elite account you get 2 hours of double xp does anyone know how you use it after you have verified the account?

It just updates automatically. But, once on the game, you need to go to the Main Menu, and go back to Multiplayer, and you should have it.

Try going to your xbox dashboard, loading up the elite app you downloaded, then once you get to the elite main menu, press the middle button your controller and press "load MW3" or "start MW3" whatever it says. That's what I did and it worked fine.
