Im lvl 70 9th prestige in mw2. I was this level before the prestige token thing started. If i prestige now to 10th will i get a prestige token

No. You get one prestige token for ever game you prestiged in. It does not matter how many times, just that you did it once.

Oh, how long will this last?. And doesn't that mean the maximum prestige tokens u can get is 4 cause theres only 4 Cods available for this?

everytime you prestige you get one prestige token.

You get it as soon as you go onto the multiplayer. You might need CoD elite free membership, not sure. and yes, you can only get 4.
