You pick your faction at level 10. Its for both alliance and horde but they will look differnt

I was watching blizzcon at my school when they talked about this and to be honest, I wasn't all that impressed... It doesn't look all that good in my opinion

I was watching a video, there is also no flying in the new area untill your lvl 90. i think thats pretty cool!

its in the post, but

The new race is for both. you pick your faction at level 10. And the race will look a bit differnt for the HORDE and ALLIANCE
