WARNING! You WILL get banned for modding gears of war. I have posted about this time and time again and people still don't understand. Just because it didn't happen to you "yet" doesn't mean it won't happen at all. So to everyone who is planning on modding there gears account don't. You will receive a 2 week XBL suspension, a perma ban from gears and a console ban. Trust me I speak from experience.

I have modded gears on 3 different accounts they have not yet banned any from xbox live or console banned me.

They banned one of my accounts because I "stupidly" unlocked everything to see what you could get away with. It seems as long as you do not mod developer things or exp then you are in the clear.

i modded a bogus account with everything and rank 100, which game my account a suspension but is still level 100 with everything. Also modded my main a few levels, but did it 1 level at a time, and is in the clear so far. did this about 2 weeks ago.

Happene to me. I was suspended from the gears servers for two weeks. Then my account and Xbox got perm banned. I had nothing maxed out. The ban hammer will make its way back again.

Your ACCOUNT gets suspended for2 weeks and your console gets perma banned
