That isn't animation Bullet. It is simply a glittering text feature on photobucket. All he has done is got the image and added text. There is no animation involved at all.

Not really much to rate, but its ok for your first

1) Try to use your own background or do something with it, blend the soldier into a background dont just use the image off google

2) Font: Try to use clear bold font with a contrasting outline and maybe emboss it or something so it isnt plain and cheap

3) Layout: Try to lay out text in a suitable way, not constructing the main image and in a suitable order like you have done just on top of the guy.

4) Try not to animate, it looks cheap and often hard to read like that

5) Dont use kiddie looking text like the one you used for the GT it looks childish ^^

It's alright for your first one but why would you charge? There are tons of people who jump at the opportunity to do it for free.
