-Coding plugin configs? Good or Bad? If you mean actual plugins, I've never made my own plugin. But I've done plenty of config files, permissions, etc. Considering I've had many of my own servers I've had lots of experience with them.

-Any other comments to help you get the job that you think that will help, add here - I'm on Minecraft practically all the time. Other than when I'm at school. I'm experienced with servers and common problems people have. I can stay up late on weekends and days I have off school to dedicate extra time to helping people.
