do u need a diamond account in every tut i read u need a diamond account but need to pay so modding gow3 isnt free? ill rep

yes you need diamond for the stats and to unlock the dev skin is 5 dollars amonth but is a good mod tool

Modding the newer games that are of high request for modding capabilities is always going to be a DIAMOND ONLY feature, Gears3 fits the bill perfectly.
Although, you should very much so upgrade to Diamond.. It's just amazing what you can do with Horizon when you have diamond.. It's very worth it. Money is well spent.
