If anybody has any information on whether or not the Red Skull is in fact in the game.

As for the QuestItem_Skull i have heard people have it but can not find it for the life of me if anybody has it or knows its whereabouts please post explaining. I would plus rep but i don't think i have any.

any help at all? im a level 50 i have alot of good weapons but i need to find these last two things and the super rare weapons.
