I recently created a template for Xbox 360 Dashboard Backgrounds, so I will make free Xbox 360 dashboard backgrounds. Simply fill out the form below of what you would like. It's not a theme, it is just a background. I make them in Photoshop using my own template. Then you put them on a usb drive, go to your dashboard, my xbox, picture library, and hit Y on the picture of your choice. It sets it as the background for your dash.
