Put your computer into safe mode with networking and do a full system scan.

I would say run a virus scan. If its something more serious and that didn't help you can contact your manufacturer. They will be able to give you advice or an option to send it in etc. I know places like Best Buy you can bring it and and they'll clean up your computer and remove virus's and stuff like that. You can also contact people online like Geek squad who you can talk to in an 'IM' style chat and they'll give you solutions. I hope this helped you at least a little bit and good luck by the way if it is a key logger you want to get that fixed as quick as possible. If you have a good security program such as Norton I think it should be able to remove it for you.. Sorry this isn't my strongest subject

most keyloggers and rats are undetectable, what you need to do is restore you computer to a ealier date, find a program that you downloaded from most likely youtube, it will be a .exe, you need to just restore your computer yes you will loose stuff but you can always redownload

What I would do is, System Restore to like a Month ago, and Run virus scans.

In all reality a system restore is the best thing to do. After you do one though, make sure to change ALL your passwords, even if its by one letter.
