Alright guys,

Sorry recently transferred to ps3,
but before posting this reply i would like to say: this method still works as i just tried it on my brothers xbox, sneaky sneaky me;)

However some patches now do not work but the majority of them do.
Just youtube cod4 patches and download them, test them all.



To clarify:

*When the game asks you to update click no.
*When your at splitscreen change device to usb
*Once hosting , you can do it this way:

-By getting the T.U and modding it with method above and then putting usb back into xbox and transferring it back into the HDD and off the usb. then you wont need to update because it wont ask you to as the update is already on the HDD.
then you can infect your self thru system link

*Plug in ethernet cable from xbox to xbox and search for system link match and join, then get infected and go online

(Pointless because you can already host without needing too infect thru system link)




Please try and get this post stickied as if you read the replies people have got it to work, like i have!
