If anyone cant help me i will send gift gold:)
My problem why i cant send any message on any member and why i cant send any rep. To any member?
I think hippie block my account.. Its almost a month now. If any cant help me gift gold:)

that could be possible just message a mod or go on the shoutbox BTW tell us who you gift gold to otherwise your scamming

Is your inbox full?
Make sure your permissions are set to your liking, as this maybe the problem too.
Maybe the user(s) you're trying to message have their Private Messaging permission disabled.
If you need to contact them immediately then I reccomend posting on their wall.
This, or if they have their gamertag posted somewhere then message them through the Xbox Live messaging system.
Alrighty, this also maybe why.
Your private messaging privelages were (Temporarily) revoked.

Try a diffrent server, (google chrome mozillia, etc.) also make sure you have you p.ms to your customization
