Can you combine JSmallWoods files with da accuras map mods?

Here is a tutorial on how to modify GTA IV: Episodes From Liberty City after July 5, 2011.


-Things you will need-
1. You will of course need a copy of GTA: Episodes From Liberty City. It looks like this

Doesn't even make since CASINO-7777/CASINO! I don't get you anymore! You posted your files on 7s as a topic. I don't understand the difference? Oh and if you want people to choose your mods as a superior option, then why not have released on other websites either? So what do you want me to take it off to make you happy?

i want these mods so bad but my virus protection says some of the files have viruses

None of these files have viruses, I tested all of them before posting.
