"Veteran Gears,
We want to thank you for reaching out to us over the weekend with your thoughts on Fridays announcement of the Veteran Gear unlock for Gears of War 3. We value the feedback of all our fans, especially our Veteran Gears who put in so much time not only by playing the game, but by sharing your passion for Gears on a daily basis on the forums.
With that in mind, wed like to let you know that the Golden Gnasher Gears 3 unlock will only be available to those who have earned the Veteran Gear achievement in Gears of War 2. We do want to reward fans who play Gears 3 during release week, but have decided to do so by unlocking the Golden Hammerburst and Lancer instead of the Gnasher.
Thanks for your dedication to the Gears franchise. It will be easy to identify our Veteran Gears on September 20th when we see you online with your exclusive Golden Gnasher unlock and medal!
Updates:
- For those who have asked, Veteran Gears still unlock all Golden Weapons. The minor change means that the Golden Gnasher is now exclusive to Veteran Gears.
- Remember that there are several Gears 2 XP events leading up to Gears 3 launch. Look for details on that on [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] this week."

Level 100 isnt going to be hard to reach with the 4 xp weekends starting next weekend. Honestly im excited.

my gamerscore is reset so i dont think i will be able to get this. all id use is the retrolancer gold/Gnasher gold and i have unlocked those. i preordered the epic edition so i will probobly just use the infected omen

Lol, just GPD mod your account to lvl 100 and use le fluffie to unlock all the achievements for the game. Easy, anyone can do!
