When put together it makes zombies blow up like a marshmellow in a microwave, a treyarch guy said that it has the ability to COOK zombies from the inside out and thats why you here a ding (like on a microwave) when the zombie explodes. When seperated it works like a wonder waffle.

oh yeah and when the zombie swells up it works like a monkey bomb
