its okay 5/10 could have some better effects and maybe a better font

Nice of you to share it with others but I just want to point out some things in you don't mind. The text layers used, black and white; it's easy to notice that there's two layers of text if you're attempting a 3 dimensional style. Maybe use Cinema 4D or something else instead of using Photoshop for that sort of thing. The white gloss shape is too thick and high on opacity, it's easily noticeable and makes the top half of the avatar nearly completely white in colour. Lower the opacity of that and also try lowering the opacity of the background pattern overlay, it's too noticeable in my opinion. Other than that, good work.

its 200x200 but if you make it your avatar it will resize and be 100x100
