Here Is a Video Tut I made to help show everyone how edit the handling file.So you can get super-speed and stuff back. If you don't understand just ask me and I will figure it out .

Also Stop sending messages on how to bypass and edit shit its annoying. :idea:

Great job you two. CASINO, your an awesome modder, you should put that handling line where the car spun in circles on a car no one drives, so if the modder wants to just confuse people, he can get into that car

Yeah and same goes for the Flying Car, Drift Car, Wheelie Car, and Hydraulic Car mods. You can bypass those files as well. I think the main focus of Rockstar's patch/update was to get rid of God Mode, just like the original GTA IV, I really don't think that Rockstar cares about speed mod, (etc.)

Not just godmode, had to get rid of the spamming rockets out of the normal weapons.

Rockstar is just doing their job, which is keeping up with the game they created. They dont want to lose their gaming community to us modders (modders meaning the ones who enhance the game, not the leachers).

Thanks I will probably post more tutorials like how to bypass the vehicle.ide file to get flying cars and shit down the road and other stuff to.
