I have an ipod touch 2g 4.2.1 jailbroken with redsn0w (I enabled multitasking and wallpaper). I go to appredeem.com, try to register, click register now, and it sends me back to my lock screen. Any suggestions?

Just go into safe mode and register. The reason why that is happening is because it needs to be rebooted, resprung, or something you downloaded that makes it your device crash.
