there are two at first i thought there was only one but i realized theres two waterwheels and theres 2 switches

Haha, people are so stupid sometimes! Of course it's not a different angle, their POSITIONS are different! Plus, one of the levers (the one on the right) is down and the other isn't..

Like the question posed here though.. why do we need two?!

I think TTG-Pack-a-Punch is right about the water wheels having to do with the switches b/c maybe the water wheels have to do with activating the water slid or something, idk.

Or the water wheel are the way to get power. almost like a water engine. water has been used for electricity for a while.
