If he had a valid enough reason to send you negative reputation then there's nothing you can do and deal with it.
If he did it for nothing at all then go to hit account and hit this icon: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] which is located at the top right bar of their profile/page. It should come up with a list of reasons for reporting someone. Choose from the drop down menu 'Misuse of the reputation system'. Staff will look into it.
I suggest not getting bothered about it though. Here's +50 reputation from me.
