yea that is a good rule to keep spammers away from just going like yep and i agree that there are to many spammers with no lives that would abuse it and get to many posts that they dont deserve

Derp. If you remove the 20 characters rule, little immature kids can just post small quotes like "Hi." The whole point of the 20 characters is so that people dont spam and post boost on topics and it forces them to write more detailed replies like this one.
Yet kids get around it and still say hi, but then put 10 different emoticons to avoid the rule. By far the most pointless thread of all. Derp.
